What data do we collect?

Taiwan Tracker does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). There are no account registrations, contact forms, or comment sections on this site.

We use Clicky (clicky.com) for privacy-friendly analytics. Clicky records anonymised page view counts, approximate geographic region (country level), referrer URL, and browser/device type. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint browsers, and does not share data with third-party advertisers.

If you use an ad blocker or privacy-focused browser extension that blocks analytics scripts, this has no effect on your ability to use the site.

Third-party data sources

Market data is fetched from Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, and Metaculus via their public APIs. These requests are made server-side; your browser does not directly contact these platforms when viewing Taiwan Tracker. Each platform has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect from their own users.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies — first-party or third-party. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

External links

Cards and links on this site link out to Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, and Metaculus. Once you leave Taiwan Tracker, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log standard server access data (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operations, subject to Vercel's privacy policy ↗.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. The site has no newsletter or notification mechanism, so please check back if you have concerns.
